Amino acids are classified as essential and non-essential amino acids. The essential amino acids are so labeled because the body doesn’t manufacture them. The essential amino acids are isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, and valine.Vitamins work with enzymes and other bodily compounds to help produce energy, build tissues, and remove waste products. The body utilizes amino acids to build protein molecules. All our organs and tissues and every cell in our bodies are comprised of proteins.
